Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate their needs during visits.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM, and resolve client issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure and compliant.
