Job summary

You will lead daily branch operations, train staff, review policies, and uphold loss control and audit readiness, creating a welcoming, secure environment for clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch.

• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and assist with transactions.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and refer to experts as needed.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support compliance, loss control, and audit readiness.
