Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Ohio seeks a Branch Operations Lead to supervise branch activity, greet clients, and manage transactions with accuracy. You will lead daily operations, promote self-service tools, and ensure compliance while building trusted relationships with clients.

You will work with the Branch Manager to maintain high service standards, train staff, and support loss control and audits in a dynamic retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• Adhere to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detail orientation and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency in branch settings.
• Educate the branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Engage clients and refer to experts as needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED; ability to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, manage lobby flow, assist with transactions and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the team and support specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service tools to simplify banking for clients.
• Ensure loss control, compliance and audits are upheld in operations.
