Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain attention to detail and stay organized to juggle tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency in a team.
• Educate and keep the branch team informed and connected.
• Engage clients and refer them to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during visits.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and refer to experts.
• Share self-service options to empower clients to access accounts anytime.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, ensuring loss control, compliance and audits.
