Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.

• 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience (preferred).
• College degree or military equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and provide exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients on entry, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication, understand needs, and assist with transactions and waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like cash vault and ATM, resolving issues with accuracy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs to elevate service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking and improve accessibility for clients.
