Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and assist with check-ins to ensure smooth visits.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, and resolve issues promptly.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to provide seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Work with Branch Manager to support loss control, compliance, and audits and maintain branch standards.
