Qualifications

• Build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, resolve issues, and maintain policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify client banking anytime.
• Support all branch operations activities, focusing on loss control, compliance, and audits.
