Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure in Indianapolis is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations across the office, warehouse, and customer sites, driving safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while managing staffing and KPIs.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop operational employees and supervisors, collaborate with the General Manager to identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading multiple departments and diverse teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day branch operations.
• Drive productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across operational teams.
• Establish, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and overtime to align with business needs.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop operational employees and supervisors.
• Support a positive, high-performance team culture through leadership and recognition.
• Improve operational processes, inventory management, routing efficiency, and equipment utilization.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
• Conduct field visits and support operational teams in the warehouse, branch, and customer locations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and safe work practices.
