Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee Installation, Service and Sales operations. You will drive performance, lead a diverse team, and ensure efficient branch execution aligned with district goals.

Responsibilities include managing field staff and subcontractors, forecasting, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with factory and sales teams to maximize profitability and service quality.

Qualifications

• Direct experience managing employees in multiple installations and service divisions.
• Minimum 5 years in a multi-phased operation with long-term employment history.
• Experience developing a service company including PM contracts and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead Installation, Service and Sales departments and support staff.
• Meet goals and grow revenue under District Manager guidance.
• Develop relationships with End-users, General Contractors, and suppliers.
• Mentor managers and administrative personnel for workforce development.
• Coordinate with Factory, Sales and back-office for project success.
