Job summary

SCA seeks a Branch Manager in Indianapolis, IN to lead daily operations, support field teams, and deliver essential services that keep communities safe and clean. You will drive branch performance, oversee staffing, safety, and schedule planning, and collaborate withSales to grow revenue and maintain client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to operations, with high travel expectations and a focus on results and community impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ operations experience in waste management or driver operations preferred
• 3 years’ experience managing teams
• Must be available to respond to staffing or operational needs outside standard work hours

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the branch team with clear expectations and accountability
• Foster a safe, inclusive, high-performance workplace culture
• Plan and schedule work weekly/monthly using routing tools to meet demand
• Manage branch profit and loss and monitor KPIs such as revenue and labor costs
• Partner with sales to identify growth opportunities and ensure customer retention
