Qualifications

• Two to five years of customer service experience.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Strong leadership and integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support 30+ regional branches and dispatchers.
• Coordinate schedules and operations of Pest Service Technicians.
• Interact professionally with customers, internal and external.
• Resolve problems and conflicts with customers.
• Assist in scheduling, billing, data entry, and phone work.
