Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in Utah to lead and train a team across multiple dispatch and service operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality pest control service.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $50,000 to $55,000 per year, with eligibility for quarterly and annual bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k) plan, and PTO after 30 days in a family‑oriented culture that values growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent (required).
• College degree preferred but not required.
• At least two to five years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Leadership attributes including empathy, active listening skills, and integrity.
• Can efficiently manage several tasks and responsibilities.
• Proficiency with computers and various software including Microsoft Office.
• Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture.

Responsibilities

• Supporting one or more of our 30+ regional branches.
• Manage 3-5 dispatchers.
• Coordinate the schedules, services, and operations of our Pest Service Technicians.
• Professionally interact with customers; both internal and external.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution when dealing with our customers.
• Assist in the scheduling, billing, data entry, phone work, and various other duties as assigned.

Fox Pest Control has an urgent need for a full-time Branch Operations Manager. We are seeking responsible customer service \"ALL-STARS\" who want to lead & train others as well as have an important role in supporting business operations.
