Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead and train a service team in a full-time role. The position coordinates dispatch and operations, with a strong emphasis on customer service and relationship building.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent (required).
• College degree (preferred, but not required).
• At least two to five years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Leadership attributes including empathy, active listening skills, and integrity.
• Can efficiently manage several tasks and responsibilities.
• Proficiency with computers and various software including Microsoft Office.
• Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture.

Responsibilities

• Supporting one or more of our 30+ regional branches.
• Manage 3-5 dispatchers.
• Coordinate the schedules, services, and operations of our Pest Service Technicians.
• Professionally interact with customers; both internal and external.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution when dealing with our customers.
• Assist in the scheduling, billing, data entry, phone work, and various other duties as assigned.
