Job summary
Fox Pest Control is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead and train a service team in a full-time role. The position coordinates dispatch and operations, with a strong emphasis on customer service and relationship building.
The role offers health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with company match, PTO after 30 days, paid holidays, and opportunities for growth through an individualized leadership plan.
Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent (required).
- College degree (preferred, but not required).
- At least two to five years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Leadership attributes including empathy, active listening skills, and integrity.
- Can efficiently manage several tasks and responsibilities.
- Proficiency with computers and various software including Microsoft Office.
- Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture.
Responsibilities
- Supporting one or more of our 30+ regional branches.
- Manage 3-5 dispatchers.
- Coordinate the schedules, services, and operations of our Pest Service Technicians.
- Professionally interact with customers; both internal and external.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution when dealing with our customers.
- Assist in the scheduling, billing, data entry, phone work, and various other duties as assigned.

We are seeking responsible customer service "ALL-STARS" who want to lead & train others as well as have an important role in supporting business operations. As a Branch Office Manager, you will be managing a team while coordinating operation efforts with our servicing technicians.
