The candidate will manage dispatchers, interact with customers, and support scheduling, billing, and operations to ensure top-quality pest control service. A base salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Support one or more regional branches and coordinate ops with technicians.
• Manage 3–5 dispatchers and oversee scheduling, billing, and data entry.
• Interact professionally with customers and resolve conflicts.
• Assist in scheduling, billing, data entry, phone work, and other duties as assigned.
