Fox Pest Control is seeking a Branch Office Manager to lead and train a team while coordinating field operations across multiple branches. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients and technicians.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent (required).
• College degree is preferred but not required.
• At least two to five years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Leadership attributes including empathy, active listening, and integrity.
• Ability to manage several tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support one or more of our 30+ regional branches.
• Manage 3-5 dispatchers.
• Coordinate the schedules, services, and operations of Pest Service Technicians.
• Interact professionally with customers; both internal and external.
• Resolve problems and conflicts when dealing with customers.
• Assist in scheduling, billing, data entry, phone work, and other duties as assigned.

Fox Pest Control has an urgent need for a full-time Branch Manager. We are seeking responsible customer service "ALL-STARS" who want to lead & train others as well as have an important role in supporting business operations.
