Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive banking/branch leadership experience.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations to ensure exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive branch performance by achieving deposit growth, loan production, fee income, and profitability goals.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new consumer and commercial banking relationships.
• Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team focused on sales, service, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage and deepen relationships with retail customers, small businesses, and commercial clients through proactive outreach and financial solutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and risk management standards.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance, recruiting, training, and development.
• Monitor financial results and implement action plans to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with lenders and partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
• Resolve complex customer issues while maintaining satisfaction.
• Represent the bank at events and community organizations.
