Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum five years of work-related experience in financial services branch management or retail management.
• Hold valid Michigan Credit Insurance License or obtain within 9 months of hire.
• Obtain and maintain NMLS registration within 4 months of hire.
• Real estate loan applications within 4 months of NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch management and member service.
• Coach staff development and performance reviews.
• Manage branch financials including expenses, deposits and loan balances.
• Lead hiring and talent development; participate in interviewing and terminations.
• Engage with the community to promote the Credit Union.
