Lake Michigan Credit Union is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in Roosevelt Park, MI to lead daily branch activities and drive exceptional member experiences. You will coach a diverse team, manage scheduling, training and facilities, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

In this role you’ll strengthen community relationships, participate in outreach, and support branch growth while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; banking experience preferred.
• Michigan Resident Producer Credit Insurance License required for Michigan-based employees.
• Notary certification and NMLS registration; complete licensing exam within 90 days if not licensed.
• Experience meeting sales targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate processing of transactions.
