This senior leader will translate strategy into disciplined execution, develop Branch Market Leaders, and drive member growth, service excellence, and strong operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of similar or related leadership experience.
• College degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• Extensive knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Branch Market Leaders to execute LMCU initiatives and growth targets.
• Ensure compliance, operational accuracy, and risk management.
• Deepen member relationships through proactive engagement and tailored financial solutions.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth goals.
