Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor for its Commercial Lines unit. The hybrid role requires one day in the office across selected California locations, including Aliso Viejo, Glendale, Ontario, San Diego or Santa Barbara.

You will lead account management staff, manage workflows, coach teams, and ensure policy compliance while promoting IOA values. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of industry experience, an active P&C license, strong communication

Qualifications

• Two or more years of industry experience.
• Active P&C license required.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Account Management staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Ensure HR processes and policies are followed.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Schedule staff days off for service continuity.
• Develop staffing plans and participate in hiring decisions.
• Deliver performance evaluations and coaching.
