Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a Branch Operations Manager - Commercial Lines to lead operations at the Irvine area branch. The role focuses on P&L, budgeting, staff development, policy enforcement, and client service across a Construction book.

The position is hybrid with 1 day in office at Aliso Viejo, Glendale, Ontario, San Diego or Santa Barbara locations; active P&C license required; you will spend up to 50% of time managing a book of business and collaborating with sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience with deep, wide-ranging industry knowledge.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Active property & casualty licensing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and team performance at the assigned branch.
• Drive strategic and tactical plans and manage the branch budget and P&L.
• Oversee HR processes, policy enforcement, and client service standards.
• Participate in merger/acquisition opportunities and account management for a book of business (up to 50%).
• Collaborate with Regional Director of Operations and sales leadership to resolve issues and improve performance.
