Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and workflow for the team
• Drive annual strategic and tactical plans
• Manage branch P&L, costs, and financial goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and policy enforcement
• Balance book of business up to 50% time and ensure client service excellence
