• Active property & casualty licensing is required.
• 5+ years of industry experience with deep, wide-ranging knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and workflow.
• Drive strategic and tactical plans, budgets, and reporting.
• Manage branch P&L and cost control.
• Oversee HR processes, policy implementation, and staff development.
• Participate in mergers/acquisitions and account management for a book of business.
• Promote IOA culture and leadership development.
