Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and oversee budgeting, P&L, and processes.
• Direct daily activities of the branch team and improve productivity.
• Own retention and growth of assigned book of business as Account Manager (up to 50% time).
• Partner with Regional Director of Operations and sales leadership to drive results.
