Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in commercial insurance.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Active property & casualty licensing.
• Exceptional account management skills; spends up to 50% of time on book.
• Outstanding communication and negotiating abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and manage the team.
• Drive strategic and tactical plans and budget adherence.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff; succession planning.
• Maintain policies and ensure HR compliance.
• Build relationships with IOA leadership and clients.
