Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Manager - Commercial Lines to lead the branch operations, oversee the team, and drive performance.

The role includes managing operations, budgeting, and ensuring high service standards while supporting producer activities and account management for an assigned book of business. The position requires active P&C licensing and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with travel to/from Charleston, SC and Columbia, SC as needed.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• 2+ years of supervisor/management experience.
• Experience in commercial insurance operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities and workflow of the branch team.
• Drive annual strategic and tactical plans for the branch.
• Manage branch P&L, control costs, and achieve financial goals.
• Understand and manage the annual budget.
• Communicate leadership vision/mission for the branch.
• Build and manage a qualified operations team.
• Participate in recruitment and evaluate merger/acquisition opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies.
• Establish and monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
