Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for Commercial Lines to lead the operations in assigned offices, drive strategy, manage budget and P&L, and serve as Account Manager for a book of business.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in insurance, 2+ years in management, active P&C license, and strong communication and leadership skills. This hybrid role offers health insurance, 401K, holidays, and career progression.

• 5+ years of industry experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Active property & casualty licensing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Responsabilités

• Lead daily activities and workflow of the branch team.
• Drive annual strategic and tactical plans.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs.
• Understand and manage the annual budget.
• Maintain leadership vision and culture within the branch.
• Recruit, onboard and develop staff; evaluate mergers/acquisitions.
• Ensure HR processes and policy compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with Regional Director of Operations and sales leadership.
