Chase in New York is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager-Operations to collaborate with the Branch Manager and oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach Associate Bankers to deliver exceptional client experiences.

This role rewards strong leadership, staff planning, loss control, and service excellence, with training provided. Travel for in-person training is required.

• Plan staffing to meet branch needs and communicate priorities to the team.
• Oversee branch operations including loss control, compliance, and audits.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote self-service options to simplify the banking experience.
