Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy New York branch, delivering exceptional client and employee experiences. You will coach a team, drive growth in deposits and investments, and uphold strong risk controls while representing the brand with hospitality and care.

You will coordinate branch operations, cultivate relationships with clients and local businesses, and ensure compliance with financial regulations as part of a dynamic, service-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with a track record of coaching and enabling growth.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced branch.
• Experience in retail banking or Chase leadership.
• Willingness to work weekend/evenings.
