Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in New York to drive exceptional client experiences and oversee daily branch activities. You will work with the Branch Manager and team to ensure accuracy of transactions, compliant operations, and a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will guide staff, promote self-service options, monitor loss control, and ensure audits pass smoothly while building lasting relationships with clients and partners in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintains a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Leads and motivates branch staff to ensure accurate transactions and collaborative teamwork.
• Educates branch team and partners to stay informed on processes and standards.
• Builds meaningful connections with clients and refers them to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, resolve client issues, and ensure policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to provide seamless service and address specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options so clients can access accounts anytime.
• Support branch operations by maintaining loss control, compliance, and audits.
