Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of management, retail banking or Chase leadership experience.
• Experience leading a branch team and achieving growth in deposits/investments.
• Ability to manage branch operations with strong risk control and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the branch team with a clear vision and uphold Chase culture.
• Grow deposits and investments while managing operations.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve performance goals.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community.
