Job summary

MPW Industrial Services, Inc. in Indiana is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to plan, organize, and control all branch operations, delivering excellent customer service through sales and operations.

The role requires leadership, strong safety focus, and ability to manage personnel, equipment, and budgets across multiple sites. You will drive project execution, scheduling and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• Specific systems exposure in an industrial environment could include: background in Industrial System Technology or Chemical Engineering.
• Specific multi-tasking and project management experience.
• Knowledge of Industrial equipment operations and mechanical concepts.
• Professional oral and written interpersonal communication.
• 4-6 years of experience in an Industrial Environment such as Pulp and Paper, Manufacturing, Automotive, and/or Steel.
• 5-7 years of Supervisory capacity with direct responsibility for human relations issues.
• Power Generation Processors, Steel Mills, Pulp and Paper Mills and various manufacturing facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and provide a safe environment for all employees.
• Maintains Branch HR functions: employee development, performance appraisals, coordinates hiring/firing, aligns with policies.
• Ensures financial control and P&L accountability, directs expenditures and researches market information.
• Develops and grows sales: pricing, bidding, market penetration, follow-up with customers, direct sales calls as needed.
• Oversees Operations Manager responsibilities: site directions, equipment issues, scheduling manpower/equipment, quality standards.
