• Oversee local and regional accounts and resolve routine warranty and claims, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Develop and coach branch employees; set goals and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure safety standards and protect company assets.
• Drive process improvements and market-share growth with leadership.
• Serve as escalation point for customer and operational issues.
