Schaffer Associates, Inc. is recruiting a Branch Manager to oversee operations for a leading industrial supplier serving B2B clients in manufacturing, industrial, and contractor sectors.

Based in the northern Tri-State area, the role includes recruiting, onboarding, and training staff, plus driving sales, distribution, and customer service goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, proactive networking, and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting and coordinating

Responsabilidades

• Process sales orders for delivery, shipment, or pickup.
• Daily management of sales, quotes, and orders; monitor success through daily reports.
• Recruit and train sales force.
• Manage warehouse staff; develop and manage sales force.
• Hold weekly sales meetings to review customer value and margins.
• Monitor customer contact report for each salesperson.
• Involvement in budgeting with the VP and adherence to budget.
• Maintenance of equipment and fleet.
• Work with vendors to obtain better terms and to develop marketing strategies.
• Territory mapping and stock level coordination.
• Collections / Credit and quote review for opportunities/pricing
• Ride along to train salespeople and oversee targets.
• Review open orders and sales orders to maintain targets.
