Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; familiarity with Ag and rental equipment is a plus.
• Mechanical experience is a plus.
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Shop, Service, Sales and Sanitation departments.
• Process customer orders and quotes, including negotiations and issues.
• Ensure timely delivery and that rentals are serviced or replaced quickly in case of breakdowns.
• Manage branch budget, profitability and growth; ensure compliance with permits and regulations.
