Job summary

Elite Equipment Rentals is seeking a Branch Manager for our Atlanta, GA location to lead daily operations, rental and service activities, and safety while driving profitability and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes people development, budgeting, forecasting, and collaboration with regional leadership; the ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in equipment rental and a strong financial acumen.

This full-time, on-site position offers growth and a pathway to building a new branch

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent leadership experience will be considered.
• Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in equipment rental, construction, industrial distribution, heavy equipment, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing branch operations.
• Strong financial and operational business acumen.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations, including rentals, service, parts, and customer support.
• Drive branch profitability while managing expenses and operational efficiency.
• Develop, coach, and lead branch employees through clear expectations and accountability.
• Build a high-performing culture focused on safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with the sales team to grow revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
• Ensure equipment availability through effective fleet utilization, inventory management, and maintenance planning.
• Monitor branch KPIs, productivity, turnaround time, and customer responsiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Regional Leadership on budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and operational planning.
• Maintain accurate branch reporting and operational documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve branch processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
