Job summary

Star Sanitation is seeking a senior operations leader to manage branch Shop, Service, Sales and Sanitation activities. This role includes supervising staff, training, and ensuring timely delivery of services and rental orders while negotiating quotes and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the rental sector, with equipment experience and a preference for a college degree. Travel up to 50% and day shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of rental industry experience with proven decision-making and strong people management skills.
• Equipment industry experience is preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Familiarity with agricultural and rental equipment is a plus.
• Mechanical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including Shop, Service, Sales and Sanitation teams.
• Manage rentals, quotes, and contracts; ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate staff training and safety compliance; monitor budget and profitability.
• Maintain communications with management and customers, and enforce safety procedures.
