Job summary

Star Sanitation seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee branch Shop, Service, Sales and Sanitation functions in Pelham, GA. You will train staff, supervise daily operations, and drive customer service excellence through timely deliveries and accurate quotes.

Responsibilities include managing rental inquiries, coordinating repairs, and maintaining profitability while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. A strong leader with budget experience and field knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience within the rental industry or a similar work environment with a proven track record of effective decision-making and excellent people management skills.
• Equipment Industry experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Familiar with Ag and rental equipment preferred.
• Mechanical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations across Shop, Service, Sales and Sanitation departments.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure work quality and growth in knowledge.
• Manage truck, tractor and toilet rental inquiries, quotes and contracts.
• Coordinate and implement staff training for service technicians in best practices of equipment repair and safety.
• Ensure that tractors, toilets and other rental products are available, ready and prepped for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Service Manager on schedules of service repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Develop and maintain branch budget and profitability.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and high customer service levels.
