Job summary

Pacific Ag Rentals LLC is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all aspects of the branch service technicians, providing leadership, motivation, and evaluation of the team. You will develop and implement the service operations plan and maintain a customer relationship process to achieve lasting brand loyalty.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, and communications across the location, drive service quality, and collaborate with management to hire, coach, and develop staff while ensuring safety

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of supervisory/management experience in a similar work environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local market conditions.
• Experience in agriculture or heavy equipment sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all service technicians at the assigned branch.
• Develop and implement the service operations plan.
• Manage scheduling and dispatching of service work.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Lead performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
