Crawford Electric Supply in Birmingham, AL, is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse and branch activities, coordinating sales and operations to improve efficiency and service. You will manage inventory, contracts, and maintenance while supporting AR and purchasing processes.

The role requires strong communication, ERP and MS Office skills, plus five years of clerical/administrative experience in electrical distribution and a minimum of two years in sales.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the direct liaison between sales and operations teams.
• Drive project execution to improve warehouse operational and logistical efficiency.
• Manage facility maintenance needs for the Warehouse.
• Manage branch inventory needs in collaboration with RVP, Branch Manager, Sales team and Regional Purchasing teams.
• Manage logistical needs and transfers between Warehouse and supported branches.
• Monitor daily backlog to ensure timely customer order releases.
• Support warehouse layout, organization, and storage needs with supervisors.
• Review inventory adjustments & corrections daily and report findings to leadership.
• Review product returns for proper credit and shelf placement.
• Research unapproved AP invoices (stock & project).
• Research disputed customer invoices and/or vendor invoices.
• Prepare and maintain all HR related documents, as needed.
• Review and code overhead expenses.
• Collaborate with departments to drive productivity.
• Coordinate building contracts and maintenance.
• Support branch AR needs with new account setup and tax certificates.
• Review activities, costs, budgets and forecast data to measure progress.
• Schedule and coordinate warehouse team meetings/training.
