Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar group, seeks a Business Operations Manager to lead across branches and departments in the RDC/Branch location. You will optimize processes, direct staffing, and collaborate with sales, operations, and admin to meet company objectives.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year business degree and 2+ years of related experience, with strong skills in finance, reporting, and presenting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have 4-year college degree in business management.
• Preferred 2+ years of industry-related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and relevant documents.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers or regulatory agencies.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information to top management and groups.

Responsibilities

• Improve operations systems, processes and policies to support goals.
• Provide leadership to facilitate decision-making based on business knowledge and values.
• Remove obstacles and obtain resources for branches to achieve objectives.
• Directs, coordinates and/or delegates activities of departments to achieve goals.
