Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with the branch's business and retail relationships (new and existing).
• Assist the Branch Manager with directing and controlling the overall activities of the branch.
• Ensure day-to-day operational duties run smoothly and policies are followed.
• Ensure all staff provide excellent customer service and meet compliance standards.
• Support internal audits and end-of-month reporting requirements.
• Cross-sell bank products and services including Online/Mobile/Text Banking.
