Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience with specialized training in appropriate areas.
• 3+ years of financial or equivalent retail sales experience.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience.
• Credit or lending background.
• Notary Public required.
• Signature Guarantee required.
• NMLS Registration required.
• Good communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages branch functions and staffing, ensuring adequate coverage.
• Leads, coaches, trains, and manages staff to meet sales and service goals.
• Executes sales and service activities and strategies.
• Ensures compliance with policies, security measures, and audits.
• Oversees consumer loan production, underwriting, and disbursement.
• Maintains exceptional member service and promotes credit union culture.
• Supports marketing efforts and community involvement.
• Develops and updates annual branch budget and manages expenses.
• Provides facilities management including ATM maintenance and security systems.
• Offers flexible scheduling and coverage across branches as needed.
• Performs Notary Public duties and completes assigned projects.
