The position emphasizes auditing, member experience, and loan operations, with leadership duties in the Branch Manager's absence and active involvement in staff development.

Qualifications

• 3 years in a financial institution, including teller and/or contact center work, with 1 year in lending.
• Strong sales background.
• Eligible to obtain licenses to sell required insurance products.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cash audits and cash loading under dual control.
• Balance cash and manage teller operations.
• Coach staff and drive a sales and service culture.
• Support business development through community engagement.
• Assist with loan applications, loan bookings and new accounts.
• Provide guidance and training for new employees.
