Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• Proven track record in risk management and customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and cover staffing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service.
• Mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance and policies are followed.
• Manage cash audits, outages, and staffing to meet KPIs.
• Coach staff to upsell products and deliver strong member outcomes.
