Fox Pest Control, a nationwide pest management company, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations and drive growth in your region. You will oversee sales, customer service, hiring, retention, and profitability while building a strong team that embodies our core values.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of management experience in business/operations
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Previous experience in pest control or lawn care industry (preferred)
• Experience managing a business budget and expenses
• Understanding of industry standards and state/federal regulations
• Proven ability to honestly and ethically close a sale
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Current driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
