The Branch Manager will oversee lending decisions within delegated authority, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with audits and regulatory requirements while maintaining a culture of professional, results-driven

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements for various States and Federal regulators must be met.
• Proven ability to analyze information and apply judgment.
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across diverse settings.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develops and assures Branch growth and profitability goals are met.
• Manages all loans including approvals within delegated authority for lending limits.
• Maintains Branch delinquency control and engages with delinquencies as appropriate.
• Develops and maintains Branch budget.
• Delegates daily assignments for solicitation of new and existing customers.
• Oversees personnel management including recruitment, hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, and salary administration.
• Exemplifies impeccable customer service at all times.
• Ensures timely and efficient communication to all Branch employees.
• Follows up on Audit results and recommendations.
