Job summary

InTouch Credit Union is seeking a full-time Assistant Branch Manager in Frisco, TX. This role leads branch staff, drives member satisfaction, and partners with the Branch Manager to achieve sales and service goals.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, expanding digital banking adoption, and delivering exceptional financial service. A 4-year degree and retail banking leadership are required, with MLO certification often expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field required.
• Three+ years of hands-on retail banking or member relationship management experience.
• One+ year of retail banking leadership experience with coaching and team development.
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with NMLS required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experience through consultative, relationship-focused service.
• Lead and develop branch staff to achieve sales and service goals.
• Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing development to maintain a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and internal controls.
• Promote digital banking and financial solutions to members.
• Support branch operations, scheduling, and regional coverage as needed.
