Love Where You Work in Saint George, Utah, seeks a Branch Operations Supervisor/Acting Branch Manager to oversee daily branch activities, ensure policy compliance, and deliver professional service to members.

The role includes supervising staff, assisting in loan processing, cross-selling Credit Union products, and coordinating with the Branch Manager to achieve goals while maintaining security and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Credit Union products, services, and policies.
• Understanding of Teller/Member Service Representative functions.
• Knowledge of Loan Officer duties.
• Two to five years of related operations experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well organized; able to operate related computer applications and basic business equipment.
• Good marketing skills; good supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising Branch operations and ensure policies are followed.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and security equipment tests.
• Support Head Teller and Tellers; assist with loan processing, CDs, IRAs and safe deposit boxes.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services to members.
• Act as Loan Officer within established policies and limits.
• Complete reports and records; ensure branch functions are documented.
• Coordinate staff training and scheduling; guide Loan Officers and Service Representatives.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with members and promote services.
